Its been a while

I have been trying very hard not to eat a lot of junk.

had a bag of pop corn several nights in a row. Eating various yogurts at least twice a day.
been eating cereal and english muffins at least a few times a day.

Had pasta twice yesterday lunch and dinner, 1 piece of cake and piece of pie. Several cookies. (a trap at best) been eating fig newton bars daily. sometimes twice a day

I had a headache but realized the pillow didn't have a pillow case on it. Took ibuprofen (was waiting to yak the entire morning) had saltines felt better took lots of water. half of egg sandwich
