I am going to be in trouble
Why you ask? Well I have an appointment next month and I still haven't gotten my blood work done. The form was around here somewhere on my desk and i can't find it. I did this once before and the doctor got pissed.
Yeah I know its been a while. Not much to report the same stuff (aches and pains) after eating food I shouldn't be (anything with salt) and taking the ibuprofen and the plaquenil. I will have to reorder the plaquinel sometime soon.
I weighed myself this morning 221.5 lbs.
up to ten pieces of candy.
2 cups of coffee with sweetner and half half
2 crackers
and a banana.
