coffee cake
coffee 16 oz with sweetner and half and half
2 pieces of Quiche
1 bowl of tomato herb bread salad
walked to Walgreens
2-3 mints
1 scoop of ice cream
1 dish of the Tomato herb bread salad.
Ice tea 2
I now have a headache.-fingers are a little achy. Could be because of the salt I have had in the last couple of days. I haven't had the plaquenil in quite some time.
I still haven't gone for the blood tests and the next appointment is on the 24th.
