4 strawberry mike shake oreo cookies

Lunch
1 cup of oatmeal square cereal
1 large serving of terimesu
1 16 oz coffee

Dinner
1 large breaded grilled chicken breast
2 servings of asparagus
1 potatoe with butter
water

some mixed fruit

walked 30 minutes
