Today was Sarah's last Strength Class
I tried and did okay..
Now I just want to go to bed:
I have taken my supplements: Breakfast Vanilla Protein shake.
2 chobani Greek yogurts: 1 mango; 1 strawberry banana both 5.3 oz.
Another protein Shake.
Dinner: Fish 2 Tilapia filets w/butter and seasons.
Bedtime snack: 1 bowl mixed fruit and 1 cup of warm milk.
