Something I forgot to mention

My hands started to ach a little again last night so I took the tylenol and tramadol.  I am not sure if it is the salt and the food or the weather but it is slightly disappointing as I haven't had to do that in a while.

I defiinitely have to pick up the plaquinal soon.
