Had lots to eat

Yesterday I was still stiff and achy through out the day possibly the weather conditions but strong possibilty of the foods i had.

1 piece of cake with coffee in the morning.
Lunch time cereal with milk and sweetener and coffee.

dinner: pulled pork no rolls, meatball sandwich with cheese (2 slices) 4 chicken wings, mac and cheese.  Soda, crystal light grapefruit juice, cake, candy nuts and chips and water.

I took meds before leaving.

still was stiff at night.  Woke up early during the night.

this morning had coffee
