Still trying to watch what I eat some times better than others. Drinking a lot of water.  I have had some aches and pains but not as much as usual.  Today is not one of those days.

Saw hemotologist yesterday.  Just below anemic.  Must be careful that it doesn't cause clot again.  

Did get dizzy a couple of times this week. Yesterday and this afternoon.  It passed quickly.
