Portion control

I am trying again for portion control.  This coming after all the stuff I had over the weekend. 

breakfast: oatmeal with fruit and nuts and brown sugar and milk (2%) and coffee with sugar and half and half.

Lunch: Egg roll hamburger with cheese and fixings.  I drank water.

Dinner: beef stew and bread and water.  Dessert 1 scoop of Butter pecan.
