new year new resolutions

Saw the Doctor last week...says I am doing pretty well.  She is confident I will lose the weight that I gained.

been eating a lot hopefully can start to reduce that...

The foods I had today included:

2 cups of coffee w/creamer and sugar

2 pieces of varied candies.

1 bagel w/cream cheese

tortellin pasta salad

1 bowl of dry cereal

dinner roast beef

3 small boiled potatoes


a whole lot of home made onion rings

egg plant

Milk.
