Well had a hard time going to sleep last night...could have been the meds (but I am betting it was the coffee too.) i was a little stiff and sore this morning waking up. Took the Tramadol and Tylenol. Left hand feels a little swollen still. Ankles meh.

Weighed myself 225.

had 2 24 oz pumpkin flavored coffees 1 apple pie from DD
2 mini kitkats.
