I feel better

Its been three days again...

Sunday I had coffee with hashbrowns
I had a bowl of peaches
and I am not sure what we had for dinner...

My legs continued to be stiff but not achy. I am noticing at the end of the day taht happens and unless I do a lot of walking I start to limp.

MOnday I had

scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and a croissant for breakfast and coffee and juice.

the rest of the day I had one slice of cranberry bread loaf, 2 candy bars, and 1 cup of coffee

dinner was pot roast with vegetables.
