2 cups of coffee w/sweetener and half and half

6 piecs of chocolate candy



Lunch:

Kettle Brand barbque potato chips and water.

Southwest Veggie Quesadilla..Roasted poblano peppers, grilled zucchini, red onion, black beans, cilantro and Monterey jack with cheddar served with sides of sour cream and salsa...

In the afternoon I drank a starbuck frappaccino (9 1/2 oz)mocha

My wrists started aching and I knew they would with the cheese and the salt. I will take the ibuprofen when I get home.

I have been forwarding the Lupus foundation site and "lupus and kids" site to Veronica H today. Her granddaughter has been complaining of aches and pains lately.

Dinner:

2 servings of lasagna (w/meat and cheese). Water

5 wheat thins
