Weight: 221

Breakfast:

3 large pancakes w/fruit and butter and syrup
20 oz coffee with sweetener and half and half

1 susage bisquit sandwich
1 piece of strawberry cake with frosting
1 20 oz mountain dew

6 pieces of walnuts
1 serving of chicken and rice
2 cups of apple juice
2 slices of rye bread with butter

1 cup of tea w/milk and sweetener

a mild ache in the L arm. i took my meds and ibuprofen and by the time I went to bed it was fine.
