My hands hurt tonight

My hands were really stiff and hurting tonight. I had to take some ibuprofen (4) and ben* gay. It doesn't hurt as much to clench the fist but it still hurts. I think its because of the sweet potato chips I had with dinner tonight. It was Mom's doggie bag.

It was a roast beef sandwich with cheese and onions and the chips.

I had two cups of apple juice tonight as well.

Earlier today I had 1 and 1/2 bagels w/cream cheese and I would say 6 mini muffins.
I cup of coffee with sweetner and half and half. Lots of water.
