Three days worth of

Sunday food intake and stuff:

1 muffin (corn)
2 doughnuts
egg nog and sparkling cidar

roast beef sandwich
cookies and candy

Monday

cereal with milk and sugar.

lunch

salmon
various vegetables
desserts
chips and dips
chicken dish
mozerella balls
water

Today:

1 pkt of oatmeal
2 cups of coffee with sweetner and half and half
1 bran muffin
turkey vegetable soup.

Left hand achey...

took 7287 steps today....

Lamb shanks and left over vegetables and salad w/feta cheese and oil and vinegar

then I went on a walk to Doolittle park and the parameter of the park and came back and it was 96 steps plus one to get up here
