been a few days

BEen eating a lot. Yesterday I had two slices of pizza and fries with cheese and chili. and of course that was topped off by a chocolate mint shake. It caused me a great deal of grief physically and emotionally.

Dinner was salmon and rice and vegetables.

Today

cereal and milk
tomatoe sandwich on rye with dill
two slices of rye bread
two lowfat ice cream sandwiches

dinner was
spaghetti with clams and grated cheese two servings and milk
(the spaghetti was made with whole wheat)
