Its been a few days

Been keeping an eye on the salt intake and trying not to eat too much.

Today had

cereal through out the day (three bowls of Life with 2 % milk)
Lean Cuisine chicken and rice
multigrain english muffin
2 veggie wraps from Subway.

Yesterday

cereal
yogurt
spaghetti w/sauce no meat
tomato sandwich with rye bread/a little butter
Milk
