shourld I be concerned?

This morning I was fine but started getting a slight headache on the way to work. Not sure if that was because Mom was whining at me and making comments about what I was wearing for work/the retirement party tonight.

My Left eye feels like its flickering and now I am not sure if its dry or not. Maybe I am being paranoid.

I had two pieces of chocolate
and 2 packets of Peaches and Cream hot oatmeal no milk.
