I had a headache but took Tylenol and went away.

That was yesterday.

Angus beef and egg sandwich on English muffins.  Coffee decaf. Hash browns.

M&M candy corn
Vegetables and dip
Apple cider 2
3 slices of pizza.
2 cheese squares/slices.
1 brownie
1  bottle of ice tea.
1 black cherry yogurt
1 hot Apple cider.
