Last couple of weeks

Huge success at the colonoscopy on the 9th.  Clean Bill of health even though there is a slight Diverticulitis.  I won’t have to have it again until age 62. I Had my well woman appointment and it came out well.  According to Kirsten I lost 50 lbs since our last appointment.  

I have been a little achy at night especially in neck.  Sometimes the back of my head will hurt.  

I did not feel that great for part of last weekend.  Maybe ate food I shouldn’t have...
