Scrambled egg, tomato, cheddar, and avacado on whole wheat toast
1 20 oz coffee w/sweetner, half and half
lunch
pizza, 4 wings, salad, water, several celery sticks
Italian pastry cake
Dinner
1 hamburger on toast with tomato, butter, ketchup and 20 oz water
snack: 1 strawberry yogurt and 1 custard dish of vanilla ice cream
Right wrist is starting to hurt a little, left ankle starting to ache as well. Didn't do too much of the exercise but I did walk a lot (nearly 1 mile)
