yesterday was a massive food day...
1 hamburger w/cheese, onion, relish, and ketchup with a bun.
10 or 15 spring rolls (my favorite (half inch long)
potato salad
pasta salad
ziti
desserts
1 doughnut
1 piece of cheese cake
1 cookie
1 brownie
drinks:
1 soda
3 bottles of water (i think 4 oz each)
Today:
2 bananas
5 strawberries
1 bowl of cereal with Milk
dinner
spare ribs
spinache
potatoes
no exercise to speak of
