SWollen feet??

It is after 12 and I have had a pretty good morning health wise. Even though I am concerned that it was difficult to put the shoes on because the feet could be swollen?

I took my medicine this morning and had a bowl of cereal with milk. i won't be going crazy with the food today.

Did some heavy duty walking and shopping today. It did get a little stressful but it worked out okay after all.

For lunch I had a slice of bread with applesauce

For Dinner we had Turkey vegetable soup with bread

Bought Humas and grape tomatoes and some other stuff for the house.

I had a hand ful of mixed nuts from downstairs.

I believe right after dinner I took my final does of the meds (at least I think I did). I just had some crackers and some juice.
