busy three days
Thanksgiving day was good.
had breakfast 11:30 (the autum wheat ceral with milk).
later on in the day walked to the beach and park with the kids. Carried Jamie for a bit. Didn't have a whole lot of problems doing it...wasn't sure I would be able to though-sort of fell off the see saw.
For thanksgiving dinner
bruchetta, 1 slice of turkey, various vegetables (creamed oninons, turnip, sweet potatoes), bread, 2 spring rolls, various forms of stuffing, and 1 slice of roast beef, 2 cans of root beer, 2 ice teas, and 1 slice of cheesecake with strawberries. Coffee with sweetner and milk.
Yesterday,
Waffles, syrup, butter, juice (breakfast) bacon and eggs
roastbeef sandwich on multigrain bread (breakfast)
Coffee with half and half and suger
Tead ith half and half and sweetner.
Dinner was waffles and juice
Today had cereal and milk
There was some minor aches and pains...my neck seemed stiff. It is okay now.
