Went to the gym today

It was a little bit of disappointment today I gained 2 lb since the last time we weigh it in. My skeletal muscle mass is down a pound a percent body fat is up which isn't good.  Alex give me a list of what I can eat and what I can't have:
What I can have is the following fish chicken turkey vegetables lower carb wraps tuna Greek yogurt whey protein berries shrimp tofu noodles cauliflower rice Weight Watchers string cheese egg whites Flank steak top round and what I can't have is everything else.
