Coffee several cups of decaf with sweetener and half and half .

snack: 8 jelly beans.

Dinner

6 Oz baked salmon w/Mrs. dash
half cup of mixed vegetables with a little bit butter and mrs dash Italian.
2 yogurts w/2 tablespoons of granola
2 cups of coffee with Italian cream coffee creamer w/sweetener
