Monday the 10th...pasta w/white sauce and meatballs and shredded cheese oat meal,
Tuesday the 11th: oatmeal, broccoli and cheese on croissont.;steak and salad, two pieces of cake lots of coffee.
Wednesday the 12th simply smart open enchilada, oatmeal, pasta and sauce, cookie and cupcake, 2 glasses of apple juice, 1 candy.

Thursday: oatmeal, coffee decaf, brisquet beef, carrot cake,
