vitals: Weight 225 (not concerned about it)
Blood Pressure 130 over 80 (its good)
Pulse 72
Any Skin questions go to Dermatologist
Need to do Blood/Urine Test every three months. Can do them after each visit
Lupus wise things fine. If ther are any problems with tests will call me.
next appointment: December 27th 3 pm.
Have received a lot of Lupus Foundation emails and I need to check Lupus group as well. They usually are listing of subjects and I probably should save them. Most of them seem to be how they have to deal with people who don't understand Lupus.
Food intake lately has been crazy. Going to be starting weight watchers again soon. Today started having breakfast at home...Been having a lot of sweet cravings. Today discovered why (scarlet's visit).
Right small toe bruise from tripping it yesterday...not sure if it is broken or sprained can't do anything with it.
