Woke up stiff

I am not sure what the cause of it is...perhaps taking the ibuprofen instead of Tylenol with the tramadol (maybe all the bending and pulling and stretching and walking I did).

had a few pieces of candy and had coffee w/sweetener in the morning. Lunch was buffalo chicken wrap w/sauce. coffee w/sweetener

dinner was home made clam chowder. Very good.

The entire day hurt and it felt like it came in waves. Mom sent me info on feet and arthritis. last night. We discussed the reason the foot hurt. But as I mentioned in my other blog it seemed to be better through out the night...took the tramadol with ibuprofen.
