It has been six days since I wrote. From Tuesday night until Thursday night I had aches and pains in my arms, wrists, legs, and knees. I took the ibuprofen, and the plaquenil. I can't remember every thing but I will try:

Wednesday
Tea w/milk and honey
warm milk and honey

Thursday July 3

2 slices of pizza (sausage and broccoli), chocolate cake, 2 to 3 sodas lunch

dinner/picnic

water, soda (1). 1 hamburger with relish, pasta salad, 2 types of ziti (One plain, one with sausage) an assortment of desserts (cakes, brownies)

Friday:

Bowl of cereal (organic raisin bran) w/milk=breakfast

lunch Tomato sandwich on Rye with dill and pepper. beverage.

Dinner: fish, and vegetables

Note: no aches and pains in any of the joints or ligaments

Saturday- cereal and milk.

lunch picnic: water, soda, chips and salsa, three layer salsa dip, 1 hamburger with relish and rolls, deviled eggs (6), macaroni salad, cole slaw, brownies, and key lime cheese cake.

walked for 20 minutes.

No aches and pains on this day either.

Sunday:

Coffee w/milk and sweetner and 1 Hot Chocolate (breakfast)

Lunch; bowl of cereal.

snack:

cranberry juice cocktail (2 or 3 ozs)

2 small servings of chips and dip

4 assorted jellie beans

Dinner:

grilled steak with potato salad and garden salad with beverage.

3 servings (1 scoop each) of vanilla and black raspberry ice cream.

Today:

1 cheese danish, 1 scone, 1 20 oz coffee with 2 pkgs of sugar and half and half. 2 pieces of candy. Dinner 1 grilled chicken 2 servings of buttered carrots, 1 slice of bread, potato salad. 2 bowls of fresh strawberries w/sugar.
