Had a bad sleep a couple of nights ago
The Muscle spasm both in the back and in the had really made sleeping very difficult. During the day the head hurt a couple of times but I Did take tylenol and that helped. The aches were coming back late in the day but not as full on.
I had toast and honey for dinner and roasted potatoes for lunch.
Last night much better...still get muscle spasms and sometimes they hurt hard
2 cups of coffee w/sweetener and sugar and half and half.
egg sandwich with avocado and cheese
