Breakfast:
BEC
1 cup of coffee w/ sweetener and half and half
exercise walked 1 hour
lunch; 4 sliceso of pizza..three plain cheese; when with vegetables; 1 brownie and strawberry
snack: 16 oz ice tea
dinner: bowl of cherrios w/milk and sugar.
Took the meds and iron
