cycle very light. No cramps but maybe one headache so far.
Food intake for Friday:
grilled chicken. cereal w/milk, coffee w/sweetener and half and half cheese and crackers, yodels, suzy-Qs, ginger ale, tortea chips and salsa, Steak and cheese quesadilla's, water, buffalo wings.
Food intake for Today:
1 bowl of cherrios w/strawberries and milk
2 cups of coffee with sugar and milk
2 pieces of grilled chicken cold
2 glasses of milk
hamburgers on buns
salads (various kinds)
water
dessert
I haven't had a chance to look through all the lupus emails.
