My right wrist feels like someone is putting a nail into it....and turning it. It felt like this last night for a little while and now as I write this it stopped. I guess it comes and goes.

I have had two cups of coffee w/sweetener and creamer.

2 bags of chips (various flavors)

took some ibuprofen and my plaquenel...wrist doesn't hurt now..expect it to later.

several slices of pizza
apple juice
cake
ice cream
