Breakfast:
2 6 oz yogurts (Strawberry & Blueberry)
Ice tea:
several pieceso of candy and one small piece of cake with frosting.
lunch: Rice
Dinner: macaroni and cheese, chinese sticks, perogies, sausage and peppers, punch. cookies
took a ten minute walk up and down six flights of stairs in the building. Right leg hurt going up. Pain later
