Had some late day pain

I hadn't taken my med last night my hand hurt (it was also because I had 4 slices of pizza-the cheese on it). I did take some Ibuprofen and it felt better by morning.

Chicken and bread (meals yesterday)

Roast chicken and potatoes w/butter
drank milk (4 cups)

Ice cream

4 slices of pizza
3 pieces of candy
water 3 bottles.

Today

4 pieces of candy
took meds...
