It has been a while. I haven't realy been taking care of myself really. I have been eating foods I shouldn't, not taking meds when I should have. I just recently got the meds and now the aches are limited.

Over the weekend I had a headache from Saturday night til mid morning Sunday.

I see the doctor tomorrow and so I am sure he will not be pleased about the medication fact.
