3 oz broiled Salmon seasoned
Birdseye Protein Plus Southwestern vegetable in sauce 2 servings.
Paul Newmans Grape Juice 10 oz

Making sure I walk for ten minutes a day 3 x a week.

Today :

BABY GREENS WITH CHAR GRILLED PORTABELLO MUSHROOM…Crumbled goat cheese, red onion, roasted tomatoes,polenta croutons…with honey balsamic dressing side-ate only half of it. 1 bag of Deep River Rosemary & Olive oil chips (2 oz)

1 piece of yellow cake w/coconut frosting.  3 pieces of chocolate covered raisins
