Haven't been vigilant

I haven't been very good about writing in this blog in the last few days. I have eating a lot but making sure I drink water.

Bad headache today took Tylenol. Is going to several days since I took my own meds. Need to pick up prescriptions.

Submitted Parking permit application to Dole but haven't heard from them

breakfast: 2 to 3 cups of coffee w/sweetener and half and  half.
