Hey everyone...its going to be brief...for the first time in awhile I have a tiny headache. I had dinner so hopefully it won't get worse I will be taking Ibuprofen shortly. I haven't had many headaches since the last entry but this was because of early morning breakfast (smokehouse sandwich with egg and cheese) and snacks only (chips, juice, apple pie).
