new month new day same crap

Ate a fair amount of food but didn't keep track of it...Did very little to no walking..yesterday.

Joined a pretty cool yahoo group called Committ to be fit.  Really looking forward to the interactions.  It was started by my friend Nona..:)  This will help me along with the WW stuff.  I have already gotten a few good tips,.

I went to bed fairly early (actually I try to go to bed by 9 all the time) but I wasn't feeling really well.  I had the runs at one point.  I am not sure what brought that on.  I got "gassy" first..My neck was wrenched some how.

I saw an article on health tips on the yahoo page need to take a look at it later...damn can't find it...


took a 25 minute walk today at lunch...then I had Chinese food...
