Headaches

i have been having a slight headache almost every day this week as I am coming into the office. I am not sure if it is the pollen or stress but the back of my head hurts just a little.

I was a little achey this week but today I am okay. At the end of the day My hips and legs get stiff and I am not sure if it is the chair I use.

I haven't done my normal walking the weather been very humid and hot.
