It has been a while since I wrote. I have noticed that almost every night except for last night I have had to take ibuprofen because of the aches and stiffness. Granted I haven't been taking my plaquenil regularly. If I take it in conjunction with the ibuprofen it doesn't hurt long.

I have had some good nights of sleep and some not so good.

Hi, I ran into your blog today while I was researching "leg cramps with Lupus." I notice you write what you eat, has it been helpful to avoid certain foods? I too am trying to adjust eating habits for my Lupus. Hope to hear from you. TG

Hi Teri I apologize for not responding sooner and I hope you get to see this but yes it does help to stay away from certain foods. The Doctor recommends it as well.
