Didn't record last week's (2/22) appointment
But still lost weight. 2/22 I weighed in at 217.6 on March 1, 217.4.
Goals exercise at least twice a day (been walking around the block for ten minutes for two days now)
drink more water...portion control.
pasta salad (for two days)
potato chips (1 bag) yesterday 3/2
ice cream from ben and Jerry's
lamb chops w/garlic and Mrs. Dash A couple slices of bread
coffee w/sweetener and truvia..several of them
Jelly beans, and a couple of other things
Chicken, grilled cheese made w/provolone cheese (5 slices-one I ate alone) and mayonnaise
Lobster bisque with real lobster.
