Making a concerted effort
Yesterday I did pretty well being aware of what i ate. I have noticed my hip isn't bothering me as it was a couple of days ago. I seem to be getting some good restful sleep. Still haven't restarted the CPAP machine. Although I do fall back to sleep every morning for a while before work.
Jelly beans,
coffee both regular and decaf w/sweetener and half and half
tea w/milk and sweetener
Oatmeal (two packages) flavored
Grilled Chicken salad
Pesto pasta salad w/chicken
Angelie cookie
piece of choc and raspberry cake

Oatmeal 2 pkts
16 oz tortellini pasta salad.
