Wednesday: 3 slices of cheese, coffee, oatmeal,
Neck feeling significantly better. I can turn my head to the right better than last week. Now its the hands and wrist. Might be weather related, along with the salt intake of cheese this week. Drinking lots of water that maybe the reason for some of the relief as well.
