Heard from Dr. Moskowitz

1) Repeat Ultrasound/EKG when he sees me in September.  If he feels t here are no Cardiac/Heart Symptoms they he will  agree to Lung Biopsy but not until then. (I had let them know The biopsy is scheduled for 8/24)

2)11:49 requests me to have an EKG before 8/24/2015 Milford Office.
