been having flare up

I knew I was having a flare up and have been in pain in the legs, arms and of course the neck and muscle spasms.  It was confirmed when I called dr. Gordon late last week for muscle relaxants.  I did take one day off and was in so much pain I was in tears. 

I did get the blood work done early last week and as I said Dr. Gordon got the results.  She did say it was a flare up but everything else was fine.
