updates of late

I was going to say for the last couple of weeks I have been feeling a little better with the aches and pains.  Until it got cold and i could feel in the knees recently.  For the last couple of days my hands were a little stiff.  My left hand looks a little swollen.

Dr. C had to reschedule my appointment last week.  It is now moved to march.  There was a scheduling conflict I guess.  It was a relief because I hadn’t gotten the blood work done yet. Now this gives me some time.

My diet has been whacked    It would explain the swollen joints tonight..  

I have been taking the plaquenil regularly and the tylenol too
